Schyler Porter
Owner / President
With 15 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Schyler has a robust background in both the technical and practical aspects of the field. Formerly a Propulsion Engineer at SpaceX, he contributed to cutting-edge advancements in space technology. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from BYU-Idaho and a Master’s degree in Explosives Engineering from Missouri S&T, which has further solidified his expertise in engineering disciplines.
Preston Sperry (Fynbo)
Field Project Manager / Estimator
Preston Sperry has over 20 years of experience in the industry, with expertise ranging from fabrication and structural steel to pre-engineered steel buildings. His passion for the steel erection trade is matched by his appreciation for the people he has worked with throughout his career. As a father of three beautiful daughters, Preston treasures the time he spends with them. Outside of work, he enjoys being on the water, camping, and taking the toys out for a ride.
Schawn Lunderville
Senior Project Manager / Estimator
Schawn Lunderville has over 29 years of experience in construction, with 10 years in Residential & Commercial Carpentry and 19 years in Steel Erection & Ironwork. Growing up in Wisconsin, Schawn developed a deep love for the outdoors, enjoying activities such as hunting, fishing, camping, 4-wheeling, and golf. His hands-on expertise and passion for both his craft and the outdoors define his approach to work and leisure.
Ben Gardner
Foreman
Ben brings 26 years of experience in the steel building erection field, with additional expertise in electrical work, framing, and plumbing. Alongside his construction skills, he is also a licensed helicopter pilot. Outside of work, Ben enjoys a wide range of outdoor activities, including going to concerts, hiking, camping, fishing, 4-wheeling, and anything that gets him outdoors.
Heidi Hughes
Business Operations Manager
Heidi Hughes brings a wealth of experience with 18 years in payroll and human resources, 16 years in accounts receivable and payable, and 9 years as an office manager and cat herder. As a mother of two awesome daughters, Heidi enjoys spending time with family and friends, indulging in music, movies, and reading, and attending concerts. She also has a passion for loud and fast cars, camping, and exploring new places.
